1. 24-Hour Refund Guarantee

If your membership is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of your initial purchase, subject to this policy.

This guarantee applies to:

• An initial Monthly Membership purchase without a free trial
• An initial Semester Pass purchase

The guarantee does not apply to payments charged after a free trial or to monthly renewal payments.

2. Free Trials

If you start a Monthly Membership with a free trial, your membership automatically becomes paid when the trial ends, at the price and billing schedule shown at signup.

Cancel before your trial ends to avoid being charged. The first payment after your trial is non-refundable and does not start a new 24-hour refund period.

3. Monthly Membership Cancellations

Monthly memberships automatically renew each month until cancelled. You may cancel before your next billing date to prevent future renewals.

After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current paid billing period.

• Initial purchases are non-refundable after the eligible 24-hour refund period.
• Monthly renewal payments are non-refundable.
• Partial or prorated refunds are not provided for unused time.

Cancelling a membership does not automatically refund a payment already processed. Not using the membership does not cancel it.

4. Semester Pass

The Semester Pass is a single, one-time purchase and does not renew automatically. The current pass provides access through February 5, 2027.

The initial purchase is eligible for the 24-hour refund guarantee. After that period, the Semester Pass is non-refundable, and partial or prorated refunds are not provided for unused time.

5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your name, account email address, and membership purchased. Send your request within 24 hours of your eligible purchase. We use the time you send your request, not when we respond.

To cancel a membership or free trial, use the cancellation option in your account, where available, or email us before your next charge is due. Email cancellation requests are based on when you send them, not when we respond.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider or financial institution. Access to the refunded membership and its included resources will end when the refund is issued.

6. Billing or Technical Problems

If you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or cannot access your purchased membership, email [email protected] so we can review and resolve the issue.

7. Bulk Downloads

We may decline a refund under the 24-hour guarantee if records show that you bulk downloaded all or a substantial portion of the membership’s downloadable learning materials before requesting a refund. Viewing lessons or downloading a small selection of resources to try the membership does not, by itself, affect your eligibility.

8. Your Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights required by applicable law.
